1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to my Terms of Service page. Please take a moment to read these terms carefully. By purchasing or engaging with my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using my services.
2. Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal (USD), cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, BTC), or direct bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT).
Refunds are only possible if the work hasn’t been started.
3. Deadlines
Deadlines are discussed and confirmed before the start.
If delays happen on my side — I will notify in advance.
If the client delays providing feedback or necessary content, the project timeline will be automatically extended accordingly.
4. Revisions
Up to two free rounds of revisions are included after initial delivery.
Additional revisions beyond the two free rounds will be billed separately. The cost for extra revisions will depend on the complexity and scope of the changes requested.
No changes are accepted after the final version is approved.
5. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, no refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs before work has started, a full refund will be provided.
If I cancel the project from my side — a partial or full refund will be provided depending on the situation.
6. Final Delivery
Final files or access will only be delivered once full payment has been received and the client has approved the final version, including any revisions.
I am not responsible for third-party changes after the hand-off.
7. Testimonial Use
At the completion of each project, I may ask for your feedback in the form of a testimonial. With your consent, this testimonial will be showcased on my website and in the carousel of my social media profiles.
You have the following options regarding the use of your testimonial:
Full Attribution: Your name and/or avatar will be visible alongside your testimonial.
Anonymity Option: If you prefer, your name and avatar can be blurred or omitted entirely for anonymity.
Non-Publication: You may request that your testimonial is not shared publicly on my website or social media profiles.
I will not publish your testimonial without your explicit consent. Any request for anonymity or non-publication will be respected and implemented accordingly.
8. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any other damages, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Additional Notes
I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio, excluding any private or sensitive information, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
NDAs or confidentiality terms can be discussed before project start.
