The Problem

The client needed a lightweight platform to manage their team’s workflow. They wanted to track and update invoices, manage availability and scheduling via a calendar, send and receive notifications for important actions and have an admin panel to oversee everything.

Design Phase

First, I discovered the brand and its colors. The client wanted to optimize the UI and keep everything simple. It was also important to use the same colors as the brand colors. The design took over two days to prepare and has been approved for frontend development.

Development Phase

I used Flask and SQLite for building the web application. For the typical frontend development, basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were used. Next, I moved on to the backend development, creating SQL models and optimizing the database. I also developed basic backend logic. Any bugs found during initial QA were fixed accordingly.

The Result

After conducting numerous tests and client adjustments, we have finally transitioned to the deployment phase. Our primary focus during this phase is to ensure that all media and logic are accessible and user-friendly. Additionally, we will set up dependencies, establish the project environment, and take appropriate actions if any errors are encountered on the server side.
