Customer’s wish

Create a bot for simple meeting planning. It sends a message with the details based on poll results (time and day). Users can anonymously suggest or remove locations via a 24-hour poll.

On the meeting day, the bot reminds users to upload a photo to the group for Google Drive.

Solution

I used Aiogram to develop the bot’s core functionality and connected it to Firebase for database management, creating a separate module for handling data. I integrated the Google Drive API to manage image storage.

To ensure reliability, I implemented robust cybersecurity measures and recovery logic to handle potential issues with the bot.
